Jetedone Swimwear will exchange any item deemed defective (if it is a manufacturing defect) within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with original receipt. Jetedone uses only the finest quality materials available, however; we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools & hot tubs, sand, dirt, or activities deemed as not normal wear and tear.
Swimsuit tops may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase with original receipt (or copy of emailed receipt) included in the return packaging. All returned/exchanged goods must be returned in their original condition, and a returns/exchanges are inspected upon receipt.

• Jetedone will refund money in the same way the customer originally paid.
• Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving an authorized return.
• Jetedone charges 10% of the item's cost, or $10 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee.
• Customer must pay for all standard shipping costs.
• Jetedone accepts eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order only.
• Returned/exchanged items may not have been washed or altered in any way.
• All original tags must be in place.
• Items with any snags or odors (smoke, animals, etc.) will result in the item being returned to the customer.

*Due to state health codes and sanitary reasons, swimsuit bottoms may not be returned.

*Any Jetedone products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 40% restocking fee.
